My Peugeot Commercial Vehicle Has Been In Service Since Jan 15

I delivered my 2024 model Peugeot Boxer commercial vehicle, which I purchased brand new and which is still under warranty, to the authorized Peugeot AVEK service in Istanbul on January 15, 2026, due to a serious problem where the vehicle was stopping on its own while driving. The vehicle’s current mileage is approximately 124,000 km. This stopping problem is a recurring issue. I had previously taken the vehicle to the same authorized service center for the same fault, and I was informed that the problem had been resolved. However, after the vehicle was returned to me, the same issue occurred again while driving. After leaving the vehicle at the service center on January 15, I was told that a spare part was needed and that the vehicle would stay in the service. The vehicle remained at the service center for about one month waiting for this part. Later, I was informed by the service that the timing belt had broken while the vehicle was in their possession at the service, causing additional engine damage. Following this, I was told that new parts were required to repair the damage caused by the timing belt failure, and we have been waiting for these parts for roughly another month. As of today, my vehicle has been at the authorized Peugeot AVEK service in Istanbul since January 15, for nearly two months in total, and I still have not received any clear information regarding a definite delivery date. This vehicle is actively used for our commercial activities, and the prolonged repair and waiting period is causing serious disruption to our business operations and financial losses. In addition, the fact that the vehicle suffered timing belt and engine damage while under the responsibility of the authorized service significantly increases our concerns. I request that my Peugeot Boxer be repaired completely and delivered to me as soon as possible, that I be provided with clear, written and detailed information about the repair stages and parts supply process, and that the damages and financial losses incurred due to this prolonged service period be taken into account and compensated where applicable. Otherwise, I state that I will be compelled to exercise my legal rights due to the damage and loss I have suffered.
