I Want a Refund for Non-Working Pdfsimpli Service

I tried to change the language of my PDF file using Pdfsimpli, but the system did not complete the process and still charged me $1. The transaction took place today, and the payment was made with my credit card. I was unable to benefit from the service in any way and have been negatively impacted.

I am requesting that this issue be resolved and that the $1 I paid be refunded to me.
