Unauthorised Credit Card Transaction by PDF Guru – Chargeback Request

Since January 2025, amounts have been debited from my account by PDF Guru without my consent. In total, 806 EUR has been taken from my account at Stadtsparkasse München, even though I did not authorize these debits or knowingly enter into any contract with this provider. I have already contacted the parties about this issue, but the debits have continued and I have still not received a satisfactory clarification of how my data and payment details were obtained or why these charges were made. I request a full refund of the total amount of 806 EUR that has been debited without my consent. In addition, I demand that all my personal data, including any stored card or account information, be completely deleted and that I receive written confirmation that my data has been removed and that no further debits will be made in the future.
