Refund Of Unauthorized PDF Guru Payment
On 30/05/2026 I noticed an unauthorized charge of 49,99 on my account from “thepdfgurucom – Dover,” debited via my card issued by Banca Etica. I used thepdfgurucom – Dover only once in the past and I paid for that one use at the time, and I never authorized any further payments or subscription with this company. After seeing the transaction, I tried to contact thepdfgurucom but I did not receive any answer or support from them. This situation is causing me concern because I do not know if further unauthorized charges might occur. I request a full refund of the 49,99 that was taken without my authorization and written confirmation that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card has been fully cancelled so that no further charges are made to my account.
