Please Refund My Amount

I deposited 12,700 rupees into the Sarojani Consultancy / Gramin Bank app wallet via Paytm on 12 July. According to the Paytm transaction receipt, the payment to “Sarojani Consultancy” in favor of Anil K*** was completed successfully, but the money has still not been received in my app wallet account. The UTR number of this transaction is 210582201439. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the money was credited to the SarojaniConsultyancy74440UpGraminBank account, but they also told me that the merchant has not received it yet. Despite this explanation, my balance in the app wallet has not changed and I still cannot use the 12,700 rupees that I paid. I also have a confirmation screen showing that the UTR was submitted and the system asked me to wait a few minutes, but even after a long time the amount has still not been credited. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my 12,700 rupees either be credited correctly to my app wallet or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
