Request to Delete PayPal Account and Personal Data

Around February 5 of last year, I opened a PayPal Italy account solely to pay a city tax for my stay in Italy. Around February 10 of the same month, I closed the account and have not used it since.
Despite this, I continue to receive monthly emails in Italian containing account statements and notifications. Because the emails are in Italian, I cannot understand their content, see what has been approved, or determine whether any transactions have taken place. This situation makes me uneasy and uncomfortable. Since I cannot log into the account, I am unable to access support through either PayPal U.S. or PayPal Italy channels, and I have no way to monitor the account myself.
I request that the PayPal Italy account I opened and have not actively used be permanently and completely closed, that all email notifications associated with it be stopped immediately, and that my personal data be deleted. I also explicitly state that I do not accept responsibility for any transactions or consequences that may occur from this account without my knowledge or control.
I kindly request that I be provided support in Turkish and that I receive written confirmation that the account has been closed and my personal data has been deleted.
