Mysterious PayPal Invoice on Nonexistent Account

Today, I got an email with a PayPal invoice even though I don't have a PayPal account. I received an invoice for a Bitcoin transaction that I had no part in, but somehow it was sent to my email address. I have no involvement in this transaction, particularly since PayPal cannot be used in Turkey. Even though I tried to get information from PayPal, I couldn't get any details because I don't have an account. I would like to find a solution to this problem.
