HotMiniDrama App Refuses to Pay My $163 Earnings

I downloaded and started using an app advertised as a way to earn money by watching drama series. By completing tasks within the app, I accumulated a balance, and the app currently shows that I have earned approximately $102 and $61, for a total of about $163. However, when I tried to withdraw this money yesterday, the transactions appeared in my withdrawal history with a “Risk Control” warning, but the money was not transferred to my account.

My withdrawal attempts started yesterday and have continued through today. Every time I try to withdraw my balance, the same “Risk Control” message appears, without any other error message or explanation. The app offers withdrawal options such as PayPal and Airwallex, but I have not made any additional payments, purchased VIP access, or paid for any extra membership or service. Despite this, the money I have earned is not being paid to me.

I have been negatively affected because this app attracts users by promising that they can earn money by watching dramas and movies, yet it refuses to pay the balance it shows as earned, citing an unclear “Risk Control” process. I request that the full amount I have earned be paid to me without further delay and that the reason for this “Risk Control” restriction be clearly explained and the restriction removed.
