Payoneer Fails to Complete Account Verification via Email

I am experiencing serious issues with the approval of my Payoneer account and the delivery of my Payoneer card. I live abroad, in Thailand, and I do not use a standard local phone number. For this reason, I specifically prefer to receive verification codes for payments and security procedures via email rather than by phone. Despite this, I am unable to complete the required verification steps and cannot use my account smoothly.
In addition, my Payoneer card has still not been delivered, and I have received no clear information about where the card is or the status of the shipment. This problem has been ongoing for approximately 10 days. I have repeatedly tried to contact Payoneer customer support using phone numbers I found online, but I have been unable to reach live support or any authorized department. As a result, I cannot properly track the status of my account or my card.
I am requesting that Payoneer contact me primarily via my email address, m*********************@gmail.com. If necessary, I can also be reached by voice via WhatsApp at the number 0546***89. I am requesting clear and detailed information regarding the approval status of my account and the current status of my card, and I would like all possible verification and approval processes to be completed via email.

February 7 still no solution, I can't use the money I'm owed. A payment system that doesn't recognize the law. Despite writing so many complaints to the support section, I get no responses and I can't find a word to describe a solution.

There is still no result; today, 10.02.2026, I haven't received any response to my emails. I'm not getting my payments. They are being completely indifferent.

Still no response, they literally have my money in their hands; I don't understand how this is a corporate company. This payment system should be banned.
