Parimatch Withdrawal Approved But Not Credited

I made a withdrawal of ₹14,950 from my Parimatch sports wallet on 27 February to my Canara Bank account. The withdrawal was shown as approved in the app at around 3:30 a.m., and in my previous withdrawals the money was always credited to my bank account within a few hours, even on Saturdays and Sundays. This time, although the withdrawal has been approved and I have also received a notification/confirmation for this transaction, the amount has still not been credited to my Canara Bank account. I have been checking my bank account continuously, but as of now the money has not arrived. This delay is causing me serious frustration, especially because I needed this amount urgently today, and there is no proper platform or contact point for support in India, so I even had to use a VPN to access your services. I contacted Parimatch customer support and they only told me to wait up to 24 hours and that it usually takes one business day, but this does not match my previous experience where withdrawals were processed much faster, including on weekends. My player ID is 801418***. I request that my ₹14,950 withdrawal, which is already marked as approved, be credited to my Canara Bank account as soon as possible or that I be clearly informed where and why the transaction is stuck after approval. I want my money returned or deposited to my bank account without any further delay.
