I Face Primatch Aadhaar Verification Rejected And Cannot Withdraw ₹5,000

I am using Primatch from Surat, and on April 4 my Aadhaar card verification for withdrawal was rejected.

Because of this issue, I am unable to complete the withdrawal verification process, and I have not received any clear explanation for why my verification was rejected. As a result, ₹5,000 is currently stuck in my Primatch account, and I am unable to withdraw it.

I also tried to contact Primatch customer support regarding this Aadhaar verification issue, but I have not received any response so far.

I request that my Aadhaar verification for withdrawal be re-enabled so I can complete the verification properly and withdraw my ₹5,000. Alternatively, I ask that my withdrawal be approved after the necessary checks.

I also expect a clear explanation of why my Aadhaar verification was rejected and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
