Full Redund Of Unauthorised Paddle Subscription

I made a one‑time payment to Shorticals for their short reels video service about three weeks ago for NGN 12,000 for a two‑week access, but I was never able to watch anything. Despite the fact that this first subscription did not work at all, I was charged again today, 30/08/2026, without subscribing a second time. Today’s transaction appears on my bank statement as a web purchase with the description “WEB PUR PADDLE NET SHORTICAL London GB MDTERM” in the amount of NGN 33,650.00. I did not authorize any recurring subscription, upgrade, or new package, so this charge is completely unexpected for me. I have not yet been able to reach Shorticals or Paddle support and I do not know how to contact them, but at this point my priority is to have this issue resolved financially. I request the immediate full refund of both payments (the first NGN 12,000 that never gave me access, and the NGN 33,650.00 charged today) and the complete cancellation of any active or future subscription or recurring billing linked to my details so that no further money is taken from my account. I expect this situation to be handled urgently because I paid for a service I could not use and I am now being charged again without my consent.
