Opodo Prime Subscription Was Activated Without My Permission

On April 5, 2026, I purchased an airline ticket through Opodo for my uncle to travel to Germany. During this transaction, I did not sign up for any membership, Opodo Prime subscription, or similar service. I only purchased the ticket, and my uncle completed his flight without any issues.
However, on May 21, 2026, when I checked my Yapı Kredi World credit card statement, I noticed a charge of approximately $188 listed as “Opodo Prime annual,” which was taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never applied for an annual membership, approved any subscription agreement, or knowingly selected any membership checkbox during the purchase process. For this reason, I absolutely do not accept this charge.
I request that the approximately $188, which I believe was withdrawn from my card without authorization by Opodo, be canceled and refunded to me immediately. I also demand that any membership or subscription associated with my account be terminated without delay.
