Opodo Prime Auto-Renewal Charged Without Consent – Request Refund
Today, 16 July 2026, I noticed that Opodo charged my Visa Intesa Sanpaolo card in Italy 89.99 € for an “Opodo Prime Annual” renewal, even though I did not wish to renew any subscription and did not knowingly authorize this payment. This subscription appears to be linked to a flight booking I made with Opodo around two years ago. At that time, I did not clearly understand that I was subscribing to a paid annual service that would renew automatically, and I was not adequately informed or reminded in advance that another full-year fee of 89.99 € would be charged today. I request that the 89.99 € Opodo Prime Annual renewal fee charged on 16 July 2026 be fully refunded to my Visa Intesa Sanpaolo card and that any automatic renewal of this subscription be cancelled so that I am not charged again in the future.
