Opel Failed to Fix My 2023 Mokka-e Engine Mount Issue

I am the owner of a 2023 Opel Mokka-e and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service process I have experienced. Due to a problem with my vehicle, the front axles were changed twice at the authorized Opel Gerçek İstanbul service. Despite these interventions, the problem continued, and I was later informed that there was a fault in the engine mount. I was then told that the part was on order and that I should continue to use the vehicle in this faulty condition and bring it back to the service once the part arrived. Although my vehicle is under warranty, I have been put through a difficult and drawn-out process. Over the last two months I had to go to the service four times because of the same issue, and the problem has still not been resolved. The duration of the process has been far longer than reasonable for a warranty repair. I clearly stated that I do not want to continue driving a vehicle whose fault has already been identified, yet I was only told to “bring it back when the part arrives.” During this period I also did not receive adequate support for a replacement vehicle, which has further increased my grievance. A customer’s basic expectation is that the fault in their vehicle is correctly diagnosed and resolved without causing them further problems. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I request that Opel Turkey and the relevant authorized service thoroughly review this case, ensure that my vehicle is safely and definitively repaired under warranty without further delay, and that my loss of time and inconvenience due to this prolonged process be taken into consideration.
