Omegle Blocked Me Again Unfairly — Requesting Ban Removal

While using the Omegle app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max today, my account (ID: 337183400) was given a 719-hour penalty even though I did not violate any rules in any way. I had previously served a similar 720-hour penalty, and shortly after I started using the app again, I was banned once more just because I accidentally made a zero-hand gesture. I believe this situation is completely incorrect and unfair.

I have not contacted the support team before. Even though I did nothing inappropriate and had no bad intentions, being penalized like this has caused me serious inconvenience. I request a clear explanation for the penalty and that this unfair ban on my account be removed.
