Got Banned on Ome.TV Without Breaking Any Rules
On 07/02/2026, between 5:00 and 5:05 AM, I was unjustly banned from the Ome.TV app, which I use on my iPhone via iOS. While I was simply having friendly, casual conversations in the style of Omegle — without violating any rules whatsoever — my account received a 720-hour ban, with the on-screen reason stating something along the lines of "a large number of complaints from users." I have been banned a few times before under similar circumstances, yet I have never engaged in any insulting, inappropriate, or rule-breaking behavior. The fact that the system automatically issues a ban solely based on arbitrary reports from other users — and that the ban lasts this long — is causing me serious harm as an innocent user. I am requesting that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that my chat history and usage be examined, and that the unjust 720-hour ban be lifted if no grounds for a ban or removal are found. I also ask that the necessary checks be put in place to prevent this kind of situation — driven by arbitrary complaints — from happening again.
