Omegle Wrongfully Increased My Ban to 8632 Hours After It Expired

Approximately one month ago, I received a 720-hour ban on the Omegle application. Two days after the ban period ended, my restriction was lifted and I was able to use the application normally again. However, this morning, after entering the application on my iPhone and using it for a short time, I discovered that I had been banned once again. This time, my account is showing an 8632-hour ban duration.

Even though my previous ban period had already expired, I believe it is completely unfair to be restricted again for such an extremely long amount of time. I request that the current 8632-hour ban on my Omegle account be carefully reviewed and, if it was issued unfairly, completely removed so that my access can be restored immediately.
