OmeTV Account Blocked for Being Misidentified as Underage on Android

I am 32 years old and have been using Ome TV on an Android device. For the last couple of months, the system has been incorrectly flagging me as underage and blocking my access to the service. I contacted Ome TV support about this situation and was informed that I need to show an ID. I do not have an ID to provide, so I am currently unable to complete this step and I remain blocked, even though I am an adult user. I request that my access to Ome TV be restored and that an alternative verification method be offered so that I can use the platform again without being incorrectly labeled as underage.
