Ome TV iPhone Account Unfairly Banned For 720 Hours Without Reason

I had been using the Ome TV iPhone app every day without any issues. However, yesterday my account was banned without any explanation, and I was faced with a block preventing me from logging in for 720 hours. When I received the ban, no warning or clarification message appeared on the screen. I believe I did not commit any rule violations, and I think this ban was applied by mistake. My account ID number is 319559468. I have also not made any in-app payments or subscriptions.

I request that my ban be reviewed and lifted if it was applied in error.
