I Sent $4000 to Site Linked to OKX but Faced 25% Withdrawal Fee Block

I trusted OKX and followed a link to https://sndjbf.com/account/asset, where I transferred around $4000. The funds were accepted instantly with no issues during the deposit process. However, when I tried to withdraw my money, I was shocked to be told I had to pay a 25% fee upfront just to access my own funds.

How is this acceptable? There was no warning or disclosure about this kind of fee before depositing. I only used the site because of its apparent connection with OKX, which I believed to be a trusted platform. This situation feels like a deliberate attempt to trap users, and I now feel completely misled and financially blocked.
