OkCupid Won't Refund My Same-Day Subscription Cancellation

Today, I purchased a subscription in the OkCupid app for approximately 84 units, but I canceled it shortly afterward on the same day. Despite canceling the subscription almost immediately, the subscription fee has not been refunded to my account.

I made the purchase through the App Store and then submitted refund requests to both OkCupid and Apple. However, I have not received any response from either of them so far. I do not believe it is fair to be charged for a subscription that was canceled the same day, and the lack of clarity surrounding the refund process has been very frustrating.

I request a full refund of the approximately 84-unit subscription fee as soon as possible. I also ask to be clearly informed about the status of my refund request and the steps being taken to resolve this issue.
