OFM Hospital Staff Acted Rude After Failing to Diagnose Stroke

On April 6, 2025, we admitted my grandmother to the intensive care unit at OFM Hospital due to an infection. On April 14, 2025, the doctors discharged her in a rush, telling us that her values had returned to normal and that we could take her home. Later, we realized that she had suffered a stroke and that the left side of her body was paralyzed.
We immediately went back to the hospital, but we were not allowed to speak with a doctor. Instead, we were met with mocking behavior and rude, unprofessional attitudes. When I tell people about this hospital, I keep hearing the same response: “That place is a business, not a real hospital. Why did you go there without researching?” What happened to us caused deep pain—I don’t want the same thing to happen to anyone else.
