NSDL Account Transfer Not Working - Unable To Send Money To Others

I hold a savings account with NSDL, I live in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh (PIN 244***) and the home branch of my account is in Mumbai. Recently I discovered that I am unable to transfer money from my account to any other account. Every time I try to make a transfer, the system shows a message about technical issues and the transaction does not go through. Because of this situation, I am unable to make necessary payments. I tried to reach NSDL customer care by phone multiple times, but my calls are not being answered and I have not received any support or explanation. As my branch is in Mumbai and I am in Uttar Pradesh, it is not practically possible for me to visit the branch in person. I request that my account be unfrozen immediately, the technical issue blocking my transfers be resolved, and that I be allowed to make payments to other accounts without any further problems. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this issue occurred and assurance that it will not be repeated.
