Nivea Sun Protect & Moisture Sunscreen Failed to Prevent Sunburn


My family and I used NIVEA Sun Protect & Moisture Sunscreen on the day we went to the beach. Even though we reapplied the sunscreen several times throughout the entire day on Saturday, it did not provide the protection we expected. My son, in particular, suffered a severe sunburn, and his skin was badly burned. He has been in pain and crying for days. We followed the application instructions, used the sunscreen regularly, and applied what we believed was an adequate amount, yet all of us ended up with significant sunburn.
I purchased the product through Trendyol. It is extremely disappointing that a sunscreen from such a well-known brand failed to provide the level of sun protection we expected. This experience has had a negative impact on both our physical well-being and our peace of mind. Seeing my son in pain has been especially upsetting.
I am submitting this complaint because I do not want other families to experience what we have gone through. I ask NIVEA to thoroughly investigate this product and, if necessary, take appropriate action to protect consumers. I also request that I be informed of the outcome of the investigation and the steps taken in response to this serious issue.
