Nivea Odor Eliminator Makes Odor Worse

I am experiencing an issue with a Nivea product that is marketed as an odor eliminator but actually seems to make the odor worse. I am requesting that Nivea address this issue and provide a satisfactory solution.

I wanted to become a Nivea customer, but after my experience with the very first product I tried, I have been disappointed and no longer feel comfortable using the brand’s products. I am hoping for a resolution to this problem.
