Nivea Deodorant Caused a Painful Skin Reaction

I purchased a NIVEA deodorant in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul. I opened and used the product for the first time yesterday. When I woke up the next morning, I found that the areas where I had applied the deodorant were severely red and irritated. The skin, especially where the deodorant came into contact with recently shaved areas, became bright red and extremely sensitive.

Because this reaction has negatively affected my health, I request that the product be investigated and that I receive a full refund for the purchase associated with order #11320760293. I also ask that my skin reaction be taken seriously, that the appropriate quality and safety checks be carried out, and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the outcome of the investigation.
