Nivea Products Caused Severe Skin Irritation and Discomfort

I have always received compliments on my flawless skin until last week when I started using two Nivea products. After 5–6 days of use, I experienced severe itching on my face, ears, and even around my eyes. My skin is not sensitive or atopic, and I usually use rose water without any issues. I decided to try Nivea’s rose water line and paired it with a cream from the same brand for added glow.

The results have been devastating. My previously radiant skin is now irritated, red, and unrecognizable. I am extremely dissatisfied and demand an explanation and resolution. How could trusted products from Nivea cause such harm? This needs urgent attention and accountability.
