My recent encounter at the Nike Akasya store has left me deeply disappointed and shocked by the unprofessional conduct of the cashier. Throughout the checkout process, the cashier engaged in disrespectful behavior, openly mocking and displaying a sarcastic attitude toward customers. This type of communication style is completely inconsistent with the values and standards of both the Nike brand and the retail industry as a whole. When I confronted the cashier about their behavior, they attempted to justify it by claiming that the loud music made it difficult for them to hear or understand. Such an excuse is simply unacceptable. I strongly urge the store management, as well as the higher authorities within the Nike organization, to address this matter urgently. It is essential that the store staff receives appropriate reprimands and that measures are taken to ensure that such unprofessional behavior is not repeated in the future.
