Problem Regarding My Netflix Subscription
I have a standard Netflix subscription, and I have been experiencing a profile access problem since 01/03/26. I am unable to access my profile properly, and this prevents me from using the service as I normally do. I contacted Netflix customer service about this issue, but I have not received any response yet, and the problem still continues. I request that my profile access be promptly restored, or if this cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, that I be refunded for the period during which I have not been able to use the service properly.
