There are charges on my Neteller account that I don’t recognize. How can I dispute those transactions?

If you see charges on your Neteller account that you don’t recognize:

• Change your password, enable 2FA if available, and review recent logins/devices to stop further activity.
• Identify each charge: date/time, amount, and transaction ID (take screenshots of the history).
• Report “suspicious activity” from your account: Contact us → Message us → Security → “I would like to dispute a transaction,” and describe the case with all details.
• If you prefer, use the dispute form — you’ll be asked for your name, registered email, transaction ID, reason, and comments.
• If the charge was made with the Net+ card, report it as an unauthorized transaction so the proper dispute process can be opened.
• If funds are at risk, also contact your bank/card issuer to block the payment method and dispute the charge.

Ask them to:

• Confirm receipt of the case and provide a ticket number and ETA.
• Start an investigation for an unauthorized transaction and block any related future attempts.
• Confirm the outcome in writing (reversal/refund and timelines).
