Unexpected Nebula App Subscription Charge of €51.45
An unauthorized charge of €51.45 was made to my Erste Bank card by Sgt*appnebulaco without my knowledge or consent. I had only used the app once to receive a palm reading, for which I paid €1. Other than that one-time payment, I never agreed to any subscription, recurring billing, or additional charges.
When I reviewed my account activity, I found this €51.45 transaction dated today. I do not accept such a large amount being charged without my authorization. I never signed any agreement, enrolled in a membership, or gave permission for recurring payments, and this unauthorized transaction has caused me financial loss and frustration.
I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized €51.45 charged by Sgt*appnebulaco. I also demand that any subscription or recurring payment associated with my name or payment method be canceled immediately. In addition, I want a clear written explanation describing how this charge was authorized and the basis on which it was processed.
