Nebula Cupid Unauthorized Charge and Refund Request

I recently noticed a charge of 72 dollars taken from my bank card by a company called Nebula/Cupid on 9/10/2026, even though I have never purchased any subscription or paid service from them before. This payment was made from my Commonwealth Bank card without my clear consent or prior knowledge. I do not understand why this amount was taken and I do not have any agreement or subscription that would justify this charge. I request that the 72 dollars be fully refunded to my account and that any possible subscription or recurring payment linked to this transaction be cancelled immediately. I also expect the company to review this unauthorized charge and ensure that similar issues do not occur again.
