On May 4th, I noticed a $29.99 charge on my account from a company listed as “My IQ.” I did not knowingly sign up for any service or subscription with this company, and I did not authorize this payment. At the time, I only had about $30 in my account until my next paycheck, so this charge has effectively taken almost all of my available funds and caused me significant stress. I contacted my bank after seeing the charge, but the payment had already gone through. I have no clear information about what this charge is for, and my bank statement only shows “My IQ $29.99.” I believe this transaction is unauthorized and possibly linked to some kind of hidden or misleading enrollment. I request a full refund of the $29.99 that was taken from my account and the immediate cancellation of any account, subscription, or recurring payment that may be associated with my information so that no further charges are made. I also ask for a written confirmation explaining what this charge was for and how my details were used, as I did not knowingly agree to this fee.
