I Face Hidden Fees From myIQ.com and Request Refund

I recently authorized what I believed would be a one‑time payment of $0.99 to access an IQ test result. On my bank statement, this payment appears with a description similar to “my IQ.com/newwark de.” However, I did not agree to start any kind of subscription or recurring service with this company. After this initial transaction, I later noticed an additional charge of $31.49 on my bank statement related to the same source. I did not knowingly approve this charge, nor was I clearly informed that a subscription or higher‑amount payment would be taken from my account. I request that any subscription or recurring service associated with my payment method be cancelled immediately and that the $31.49 charge be fully refunded to me, as I only intended to make a single $0.99 payment for my IQ test result. I also ask for clear confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account in the future.
