MyIQ Continued Charging My Card After Subscription Cancellation
I am writing regarding an unwanted subscription on myiq.com that I never knowingly signed up for, which I cancelled, yet I am still being charged. I first noticed these unexpected charges about two months ago and they have been taken for three months in total, adding up to approximately $90. The payments are being taken from my Visa card. I have never used any service from myiq.com and have not benefited from this subscription at all. When I tried to contact the company by email, my messages were returned and I could not reach any support or explanation about why I am being charged despite cancelling. I request a full refund of the total amount charged, around $90, and immediate blocking of any future charges to my Visa card. I also expect written confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that no further payments will be taken.
