I Never Approved A Subscription But Myıq Kept Charging My Card

I previously registered on the website called Myıq only for a one-time use. During registration, I made a single payment solely for that one-time purpose and did not actively continue using the platform afterward.
Despite this, I later discovered that recurring charges had been made to my credit card every month without my knowledge or consent. These payments appeared on my card statements during February, March, April, and May. Since I have already closed the card, I cannot currently see the exact amounts charged, but these transactions were absolutely not authorized or requested by me.
I never started any subscription, never approved recurring billing, and was never properly informed about any ongoing payment plan.
When I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank. However, instead of formally recording my objection, I was told that I needed to resolve the matter directly with the website itself. The reality is that I only paid for a single-use transaction and never gave Myıq any additional authorization afterward.
Because of these unauthorized recurring charges, I have experienced serious inconvenience and financial concern.
I request that Myıq thoroughly investigate all monthly payments charged to my credit card without my consent and refund all improperly collected amounts to me in full.
Otherwise, I would like to clearly state that I will pursue all available legal and administrative actions, including filing formal disputes with my bank and escalating the matter through the appropriate legal authorities.
