Here's an instruction for adding your handmade recipes to MyFitnessPal:

- Open MyFitnessPal and go to the "Recipes" section.
- Click the "Add Recipe" or equivalent button.
- Name your recipe: Give it a distinct, descriptive title.
- List all of the items used in the recipe, including their quantities. Be as specific as possible to obtain accurate nutritional facts.
- Specify how many servings the recipe makes. This is critical for determining the nutritional value per serving.

MyFitnessPal should automatically compute nutritional values (calories, fat, protein, carbs, and so on) based on the components and quantities.

You can add extra notes or directions that may be useful, such as cooking time, temperature, or special procedures. Do not forget to save the recipe to your MyFitnessPal profile.
