Unjust Mobile Legends Game Ban Appeal, No Warning First????

I was warned about the Mapp hack (ID: 4311), and then kicked out of the game without warning and given a 24-hour restriction on my access. Is there any proof of this? I've played the game for years and have never been banned or used any cheats. I don't need to cheat because I just play the game for fun. There are no consequences for people who swear or cheat in the game, but how am I banned if I haven't used any cheats? I do live streams. Are you sure you did a full investigation, or are you just going by complaints? If everyone has to be banned for complaints, I will keep making them. I don't agree with these claims. Thank you.
