I Need Help Recovering My Hacked Mobile Legends Account

My Mobile Legends account has been my personal and active account since approximately 2016. Today, my account was stolen through a VK account that had been linked as a third-party login method. As a result, I no longer have secure access to my account. My server information is 12526776 (4009), and the account currently appears under the Philippines server region.

Whenever I attempt to log into the account, someone else logs in before me and immediately forces me offline. Because of this, I cannot access the in-game support system or the account recovery tools available within the game. This has left me unable to take any meaningful action to secure or recover my account.

Over the years, I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into this account. Since 2016, I have purchased more than 77,000 diamonds and built up valuable in-game progress, skins, heroes, and other content. Everything I have accumulated over nearly a decade is now at risk because of this unauthorized access.

I request that Mobile Legends conduct a thorough investigation and restore the account to me as its rightful owner. I also ask that the unauthorized VK account linked to my profile be completely removed. I believe the true ownership of the account can be easily verified through historical login records, IP address history, device information, and payment records associated with the account.

Given the value of the account and the length of time I have owned it, I consider this an urgent matter. I respectfully request immediate assistance, a detailed review of the account, and the secure return of my Mobile Legends account as soon as possible.
