Pure Sniper Gold Deducted but X3 Feature Not Activated
I encountered an issue in the zombie mode of Miniclip’s Pure Sniper game. I spent 199 gold to activate the X3 feature for a specific level. The gold was deducted from my account, but the X3 feature never became active. I have no idea why this happened. To resolve the issue, I even submitted a screen recording as proof, but I have yet to receive any explanation or solution.
As a dedicated player, this experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Miniclip, I urge you to fix this error and either activate the X3 feature as promised or refund my 199 gold. Prompt support and communication are expected from a platform of your caliber. Please address this immediately.
