MiniChat Uses Long Bans to Pressure Users Into Paying
I was unfairly banned from the MiniChat application, and the app is telling me that the ban will only be removed if I make a payment. This situation is completely unreasonable. The platform gives extremely long bans and seems to expect users to pay money because they know nobody wants to wait that long.
I believe this restriction was applied unfairly and without a valid reason. Being forced toward payment in order to regain access to the application creates a very negative and frustrating user experience.
I request that the unfair ban placed on my account be removed immediately without requiring any payment from me.
