I Want My MiniChat Video Chat Access Restored

While using the video chat feature on the MiniChat application, I was blocked for a reason that I believe is completely unfair. During a video chat session, I simply stood up for a moment and immediately received a “you have been banned” warning, which restricted access to my account. Even though I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior, being blocked in this way makes the application feel like a money trap.

During this process, I paid approximately $13 to the application, and despite making payments, I was banned again twice afterward. I do not remember the exact date, but the restriction happened around 4 o’clock, and because of this ban I cannot use my account even though I paid for the service.

My request from MiniChat is that my unfairly restricted account be reopened and that the necessary review be conducted so the ban can be removed, allowing me to use the video chat feature normally again without interruptions.
