Minichat Issues Recurring Account Bans After Each Payment
On the Minichat app, I do not use any subscription package, and every time I get banned, I am forced to pay directly to have my account reopened. The system acts as if it automatically issues a ban as soon as it detects a payment, and I am honestly tired of constantly paying. Most recently, I was banned again two days ago. I have made payments many times before and have spent approximately $110 in total.
The stated reason for the ban is “rude behavior.” However, whenever a body part briefly appears during a chat, the system automatically issues a ban, which unfairly penalizes users. I make payments using a bank or credit card, and being required to repeatedly pay each time creates both financial and emotional hardship.
I request that these unjust bans be reviewed, that the payments made from my account be examined, and that the hardship I have experienced be addressed. I also ask that this automatic ban system, which appears to rely on repeated payments, be reviewed and made more fair.
