Minichat Bans Me Repeatedly Without Explanation, Forcing Me to Pay Again

While using the Minichat app with my Google account, I've been banned very frequently and often without any understandable reason. Because of these bans, I couldn't access the service and had to make payment after payment just to use it again. This wasn't a one-time issue — it continued at different points from around the beginning of 2025 until June 2026. During this time, I made many payments of around $11 each time, and the total amount I paid reached approximately $215.
I made all these payments through the App Store (Apple) using my credit/debit card, but despite all these payments, I was never able to use the app in a stable, uninterrupted way. Due to the frequent bans, for reasons I don't understand, I've suffered serious financial hardship. I haven't submitted a separate support request to Minichat during this process; I want my situation to be reviewed and addressed through this complaint platform.
I am requesting a thorough review of my payments and account, and a refund of all charges that I believe were unjustly collected from me. Otherwise, please be advised that I will pursue my legal rights through the relevant authorities.
