MiniChat Banned My Account for Alleged Rude Behavior

As of today, my account on the MiniChat app has been banned for 26 days for “rude behavior.” I believe this decision is unfair, so I would like to report the issue.

While using the app, I simply turned my phone around and then turned it back, and immediately after a very brief image in which my shoe was visible, my account was banned. I did not insult anyone, use offensive language, behave aggressively, or do anything that violated the rules. Despite this, the system automatically banned my account for “rude behavior.”

Furthermore, before the ban was imposed, I made two payments totaling approximately $20 for the app on September 19 and September 20, 2026. Being unfairly penalized in this way immediately after making these payments has caused me both financial and personal inconvenience. Despite having paid for the service, I am unable to use it.

I request that the ban on my MiniChat account be reviewed and removed and that my account be reactivated. I also request that the “rude behavior” reason given for the ban be reconsidered and that this error be corrected as soon as possible.
