Minichat Issues an Indefinite Ban Over a Minor Briefly Appearing on Camera

Today, I noticed that my Minichat mobile app account received an indefinite ban. I believe I was banned, either automatically by the system or through a moderation decision, because a minor who was with me during a video call briefly appeared on camera. However, I specifically want to note that this was unintentional and involved no ill intent whatsoever.
Since I believe this ban is unjust, I am requesting a re-review of my account and that the indefinite ban be lifted so my account can be reopened. I want to state that I take care to use the app in accordance with the rules, and that I will be more careful about this going forward.
