I Paid to Resolve a Previous Ban, But Minichat Bans Me Again Anyway

My Minichat account, ID number 386868687, received a 700-hour ban even though I don't believe I violated any rules. While using the platform, my camera was on, only my face was visible, and I absolutely did not engage in any inappropriate behavior.
I had a similar situation before, contacted support about it, and paid a fee at that time, but despite this, no lasting solution was provided and I got banned again. No clear, concrete reason was given to me for this ban, which is why I believe there's been an error or a mistaken assessment.
As a user who takes care to follow the rules and uses the platform respectfully, I am requesting a detailed re-review of my account and the complete removal of this 700-hour ban, which I believe is unjust. If necessary, I kindly ask that the situation be reassessed by checking my camera recordings or session history.
