Milka Strawberry Chocolate Was Spoiled, Discolored, and Tasted Bad

I purchased three packs of Milka strawberry chocolate, and all of them were spoiled. The color had changed, the taste was bad, and the chocolate was falling apart. Despite being freshly purchased, the product was in an unacceptable condition.

I still have the items if inspection is needed. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor quality from a trusted brand. I request that Milka address this issue promptly and provide compensation or replacement for the defective products. Quality control needs to be improved to prevent similar issues in the future. Immediate action is expected to resolve this matter.
