Midasbuy Won't Redeem My PUBG Mobile UC Codes

For a long time, I have been using codes earned through the Kazandıro promotion to redeem PUBG Mobile UC on Midasbuy. However, for approximately the past three months, I have been unable to redeem any of these codes. At first, the system displayed a "System Error" message whenever I entered a code. More recently, the message changed to "An unexpected error occurred. Please contact customer support," but the redemption process still never completes.

Because of this ongoing issue, I have been unable to claim approximately 200 UC that I legitimately earned. I have also noticed that I am not the only player experiencing this problem, as many other users appear to be reporting the same error. Based on my experience, I believe the issue lies with Midasbuy rather than the Kazandıro promotion itself. I have tried to contact Midasbuy support, but I have been unable to reach anyone or receive assistance.

My PUBG Mobile Player ID is 5182*42. I request that Midasbuy investigate this system error, credit the approximately 200 UC that I have been unable to redeem, and permanently resolve the issue so that earned promotional codes can be redeemed successfully in the future.
